App is ok, the service (The Fork) lacks maturity

I use Open Table a lot and love it, this is the European equivalent; however it is just not "up to speed" yet. Confirmation of reservations, booking of loyalty points, and changes in reservations are cumbersome and time consuming. In fact, you cannot change a reservation, you must cancel and start over. I suspect much is due to smaller restaurants, restaurant equipment not connected to technology, etc. The app shows times that are not available or they say available then cancel your reservation, you show up at the restaurant and they didnt know you are coming, etc., etc. It will probably be good in a couple of years; for now, just call or take a chance. This app works fine, it is the actual service that needs flexibility and maturity.
